MyChart provides quick and convenient access to your health account. Get your test results, manage your appointments, view and pay your bill, request medication refills, and connect with your Salem Township Hospital Care Team.
Please leave a detailed message about your MyChart issue, including the patient’s name, date of birth, and contact phone number. We will try to return your call the same day, but in some cases, it may be the next business day.

Whether you are being admitted to Salem Township Hospital, or having an outpatient procedure, your visit will most likely begin at the Patient Access area located just inside the Emergency Room Entrance (lower level).
You will sign in at the window and may be asked to have a seat in the waiting area until a staff member calls you.
During the Registration process, a staff member will guide you through the process of gathering your personal information as well as your insurance information. Please be prepared to provide your insurance card at this time. Your insurance company may require us to collect a co-pay. If so, please be prepared to make this payment.
Our Patient Access staff will be able to assist you with the entire registration process. An auxiliary member will help you get to the proper hospital department.
If you worry that you may not be able to pay for part or all of your medical care, no one will be denied services due to your inability to pay. Salem Township Hospital may be able to help you receive free or discounted care. Our hospital provides financial assistance to patients, through our Financial Assistance Program & for uninsured residents, the Hospital Uninsured Patient Discount Act (HUPDA). These programs are based on income & medical necessity. In the event you do not qualify for either of these programs, our Financial Counselor will work with you to arrange a manageable payment plan.
