  • PSA -$25
  • Hemoglobin A1C – $25

Drive-thru the front entrance canopy on April 12 to purchase discounted vouchers.
The Lab Vouchers do not expire and can be used anytime beginning April 12, 2023 at the Salem Township Hospital Lab.
